How to make menu in DVDMaestro?

MessageAuthor

I try to make a motion menu in maestro, but fail. the menu structure like this: Three buttons: root menu: motion, duration: 12s. links to the movie. chapter menu: "motion", duration: 0.01s. links to the chapter menu. subpicture menu: "motion", duration: 0.01s. links to the subpicture menu. everything works well, but when I test my authored dvd in powerdvd, it can't get the chapter menu when I click the "chapter" button, same as subpicture button. but the movie can play when I click the "PLAY MOVIE" button, but everything works in Maestro preview. who can tell me why?? or give me a maestro guide ?? :D :D :D thanks in advance!!

It might be a problem with PowerDVD. Try burning and see if error still exists?

Let me guess... Your chapter menu is a 1-frame m2v? If yes, Maestro doesn't accept them(even if it compiles them) Instead of using the demuxed 1-frame .m2v's of a menu, you should use bmp... Just put the .m2v on the timeline of Maestro and Export a .bmp from there(Just double-click the Chapter Marker)
