My best guess is the throttle body wants cleaning.

I replaced the MAF and it seemed to run fine for a while but now I am getting stalling when crawling in traffic, fine on the motorway. I suspect it's the throttle body that want's cleaning as an error light doesn't appear when it stalls to indicate the ETM.
